Kojika Gamesは、公式サイトおよびニュースレターで取り扱う情報を、以下の方針に従って適切に管理します。オーディオプラグインの購入、ライセンス、アカウントに固有の事項は、オーディオプラグインの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。
1. 取得する情報
- ニュースレターへ登録するメールアドレス
- 希望する配信言語と、ゲーム・プロダクト・Kojika Games全体のうち選択した分類
- 登録元、同意した方針の版、確認メールの送信日時、登録確認日時
- 不正利用防止に必要なセキュリティ確認結果
- Webサイト利用時に、配信・セキュリティ・埋め込み動画・Webフォントの各事業者が受信するIPアドレス、ユーザーエージェント、端末・ブラウザ情報、参照元、Cookieまたは同等の識別子等
- お問い合わせ時に提供される連絡先と内容
2. 利用目的
Webサイトとコンテンツの提供、セキュリティ確保、本人確認、希望した最新情報の配信、配信設定および配信停止の管理、重複送信や不正利用の防止、お問い合わせ対応、法令上必要な対応のために利用します。
3. 配信内容と頻度
新作、公開、アップデート、その他の大切なお知らせを、年に数回、全分類を通じて最大10回程度を目安に配信します。セールやクーポンだけを目的としたメールは配信しません。
4. 外部サービス
Webサイト配信、登録情報の保存および不正利用防止にCloudflare、WebフォントおよびYouTubeのプライバシー強化モードによる埋め込み動画にGoogle、確認メールとニュースレターの送信、配信設定および配信停止の管理にResend、お問い合わせメールにMicrosoft Outlookを利用します。これらの事業者はサービス提供に必要な範囲で、国外を含む地域で情報を処理する場合があります。
5. Cookie・外部コンテンツ
埋め込み動画その他の外部サービスは、コンテンツの提供、利用状況の把握、不正防止のためにCookie、ローカルストレージまたは同等の技術を使用する場合があります。YouTube動画はプライバシー強化モードで埋め込みますが、動画を表示すると通常の通信情報がGoogleへ送信される場合があります。オーディオプラグイン各ページのアクセス解析については、同ページの「Cookie設定」とプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 同意確認と配信停止
登録画面の送信だけでは配信を開始しません。24時間以内に確認メールのリンクを開いた場合に登録が完了します。配信後は、各メールにあるリンクから分類ごとの受信設定を変更するか、すべての配信を停止できます。
7. 保存期間・安全管理
未確認の登録情報と確認用トークンは必要最小限の期間で失効させます。確認済みの登録情報と同意記録は、配信の提供、配信停止の尊重、セキュリティおよび法的要請への対応に必要な期間保存します。通信の暗号化、秘密情報の分離、一回限りの確認トークンのハッシュ化、アクセス制御等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
8. 開示・訂正・削除等
登録情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用制限その他の請求は、本人確認に必要な情報を添えて[email protected]へご連絡ください。適用法令に従って対応します。
9. 方針の変更
サービス内容や法令の変更等に応じて本方針を改定することがあります。重要な変更は公式サイトまたはメールでお知らせします。

1. Information we process
- The email address submitted for the newsletter
- Your preferred email language and selected Game, Product, or Kojika Games news topics
- Signup source, consent-policy version, confirmation-email time, and confirmation time
- Security-check results needed to prevent abuse
- When you use the website, IP address, user agent, device and browser information, referrer, cookies or similar identifiers received by providers used for delivery, security, embedded video, and web fonts
- Contact details and information you provide in an inquiry
2. Purposes
We use this information to provide the website and content, maintain security, verify ownership of an email address, send the updates you requested, manage preferences and unsubscribes, prevent duplicate sending and abuse, answer inquiries, and comply with applicable law.
3. Content and frequency
Messages may cover new releases, launches, updates, and other important announcements. We expect to send a few messages per year, with an upper target of about ten messages in total across all topics. We do not send sale- or coupon-only messages.
4. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website delivery, registration-data storage, and abuse prevention; Google for web fonts and privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds; Resend for confirmation and newsletter delivery, preference management, and unsubscribes; and Microsoft Outlook for contact email. These providers may process information in countries outside your own as needed to provide their services.
5. Cookies and external content
Embedded videos and other external services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to provide content, understand usage, and prevent abuse. We embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode, but displaying a video may still send ordinary connection data to Google. 6. Confirmation and unsubscribe
Submitting the form does not start delivery. Your subscription becomes active only after you open the confirmation link within 24 hours. Every newsletter then includes a link to change individual topics or unsubscribe from all messages.
7. Retention and safeguards
Unconfirmed signup information and confirmation tokens expire after the minimum necessary period. Confirmed registration information and consent records are retained as needed to provide delivery, honor unsubscribe choices, maintain security, and respond to legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, separation of secrets, hashed one-time tokens, and access controls.
8. Your requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other applicable rights, contact [email protected] with information needed to verify your identity. We will respond under applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced on the official website or by email.
